The plan itself is all about eating healthy, tasty foods that have been selected to nourish you and keep you fuller for longer. This in turn helps you to lose weight while still eating three tasty meals a day with snacks in between.

The diet is suitable for all types of cuisines including Desi foods.

You will receive a snazzy booklet which shows you how to put together your meals, as well as the Approved Foods List’ to help guide you in selecting the best foods.

SUPPORT/GUIDANCE – We'll give you all the help you could need to be successful via our DAWL Facebook communities, Whatsapp, email and even over the phone if you need it. 

ADVANCED SUPPLEMENT – You'll take this alongside your diet to counteract all the bad bits of dieting - the hunger, low energy, slow metabolism and snacking. This will help you stick to the diet and hit your goals. Its also packed full of essential vitamins and minerals!

Yes, we have a lot of community members who have diabetes and often find their sugar levels improve when they lose weight; particularly if you are Type 2. We do have community members who are Type 1 also. We recommend talking to your health care provider before you start any diet.

Yes you can. All our supplements are compatible with HRT.

Yes, you can. Losing weight is very effective in helping to reduce high BP. We would recommend running past your health care provider before starting any diet.

Yes, we have a lot of members who have the same condition, and they do great on the plan.

We recommend aiming for 7-10 pounds (3-5kg) weight loss in a month on average but can be more.

The diet is made up of 3 generous meals and snacks daily. You make your meal selections from our 'Approved Foods' list. This list contains everything from fruits and veggies to even rice, potatoes, pasta and even ice-cream! It is very flexible and up to you and your own food preferences and is suitable for vegans, vegetarians and pescatarians too.
