10 Tips To Get Your Diet Back On Track


We know the last few years has been a very challenging time for everyone but as we see light at the end of the tunnel, it’s now time to concentrate on getting back on track, losing some weight and become healthier.

Here are our tips to get you back on track:

  1. Choose a date to start.
  2. Clear the cupboards of any temptations and stock up with healthier options.
  3. Join the DAWL support group if you haven’t already as this will really help and motivate you.
  4. Choose an occasion or outfit to inspire you.
  5. If you have a lot of weight to lose then break it into half stone goals.
  6. Take up a new hobby to keep you busy.
  7. Add a walk into your daily routine as it is great load bearing exercise and makes you feel good.
  8. Take lunch to work rather than buying it, not only will you save money you are in control of what you are eating.
  9. Plan your meals and write a shopping list so you always have ingredients to make meals.
  10. If you don’t stick to it 100% don’t give up, just pick it up the next day and carry on.
