Easy To Use
As with all our programs, we try to make losing weight as easy as possible.
So follow the simple instructions in the Menopause Diet Plan booklet and use the
Recipe Book to select delicious meals. And remember to take our special health
supplements to help you stick to the diet - take one Advanced Plus capsule, 3 times per
day with your meals and whenever needed, mix 1 sachet of Kontrol in a large glass of water (drink immediately) up to 3 times per day – 30 minutes before your meal or
between meals when hunger strikes.
